A little about me.

I initially came to education through coaching, which I still participate in. I have worked as an intensive paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist as well as classroom teacher, prior to entering into school administration. My leadership style is grounded in the following beliefs: I believe that building a rapport with faculty, staff and students forms the basis for moving schools forward. I believe that leadership is a shared responsibility and should involve all stakeholders. I believe that fostering creativity is paramount to maximize the potential of both students and staff. I believe that students should be at the center of everything we do within the educational environment.
