Our final day of classes for both Quarter 2 and Semester 1 will take place this coming Tuesday, January 20th. For the remainder of the week, students will experience a mid-term exam schedule. Here is all of the information you'll need to navigate the week ahead:
Mid-Term Exam Schedule
The entire mid-term exam schedule can be found just above this message. It has been shared with students, and we will work in TA's to develop individual schedules for students so they understand their responsibilities for the week ahead.
Bus Transportation
All bus transportation will run on a normal schedule for the exam week. Students will arrive at school by 7:25 during the entire week. Dismissal will occur at 2:20 each day.
Early Dismissals
Students are expected to be present for the entire day of school. If families wish to dismiss students early, they should treat it just like a normal school day. Dismissal arrangements should be made either by phone to Sarah Metcalf or via a dismissal note sent in with the student and turned in to Sarah at the start of the school day.
We ask that students who are failing classes not be dismissed early. We want to see those students using all potential make-up periods to get their grades up to passing.
No Full Make-Up Day
We are not offering a full make-up day during the exam period. If you've missed an exam or need to finish an exam, you must utilize the afternoon make-up/study periods to catch up on those assessments.
If you are failing any of your classes, we expect students to be engaged with those teachers after exams are completed.

Q3/S2 Courses Begin - Monday, 1/26/26
