The Milton Town School District will be conducting a “Destruction of Records”. In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, these are special education records with personally identifiable information that are no longer needed to provide educational services to students. The aforementioned records are for students who exited Milton Town School District’s special education program in 2018. These records will be available for pick up before August 29th, 2025. Any person desiring their record must put that request in writing, or in an email to the student services department. Please send your request before August 29th to:
