A little about me.
I have been in the restaurant industry for 30 yrs; most recently working in Child Nutrition here in VT. I have taught Culinary Arts to high school and college level students. I'm very passionate about food and my career has taken me across the country as far west as Oregon and as far south as the British Virgin Islands. My heart, however, is here in the North; I'm originally from the Plattsburgh area and now call Milton my home.
